Bathurst Thoroughbred Racing Constitution; Clause 9.3 states;
9.3 Annual General Meetings
In accordance with the Act, the Company must hold an annual general meeting before 31 December in each year, for the following purposes:
(a) to consider the financial statements and related reports for the preceding year;
(b) to discuss the general business of the Company; and
(c) to transact any other business which under this Constitution or the Act ought to be transacted at an annual general meeting.
In accordance therefore with the constitution, please find following the notice of our Annual Meeting.
NOTICE OF MEETING
Notice of Meeting is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Bathurst Thoroughbred Racing will be held upstairs in the function room at Tyers Park Racecourse, Eleven Mile Drive Bathurst on Friday 8th December 2023 commencing at 10.00am.
AGENDA
1. Proxies
As per the Constitution; Clause 9.13 states; Representation and Voting of Members
(a) Members entitled to attend and vote at general meetings, may attend and vote in person or by proxy or attorney. A Member, which is a corporation, may appoint an individual as a representative.

3. Confirmation of the minutes of the AGM held on Tuesday 13th December 2022
4. Receive the President’s Report
5. Receive the General Manager’s Overview
6. Receive and consider the audited Financial Statements for the year ending 30 June 2023
7. Confirmation of the Board of Directors
8. Appoint Auditor
9. Any other business
